Design-led Innovation in Libraries

What does a design process look like and why might we look to implement one in libraries?

Based on my experience in working for the Asia Pacific Design Library, I have developed a toolkit that explores the use of design thinking to drive the development and implementation of innovative ideas in a library context.

The activities in this toolkit are structured to be undertaken by library staff in three 30-60 minute sessions. The content and activities are based on workshops I have delivered for SLQ for programs like the Innovation in Libraries Forum.
